Istanbuli cheese

It is a white cheese to which hot chili is added, which gives it a sour taste. It is made from 100% fresh, pasteurized, homogenized and filtered cow’s milk using ultrafiltration technology. The fat in the dry matter is 40% as a minimum. Moisture content 60% max.
